The Women’s Bar Association presented Jennifer Grieco with is 2019 Evelyn Forrest Distinguished Advocate Award in a ceremony held on May 30, 2019 in Birmingham. In her remarks accepting the award, Jennifer focused on the many challenges that women have overcome in gaining a foothold in the male-dominated legal profession and the many challenges that still remain before women can recognize true equality in the legal profession. Jennifer’s remarks were echoed in her June 2019 President’s Page article for the Michigan Bar Journal.
On June 12, 2019 the Negligence Law Section honored Jennifer Grieco with its 2019 Earl J. Cline and Sherwin Schreier Award for Excellence at the Past President’s Dinner held in Detroit. The award recognized Jennifer’s “superb skills, contributions, and outstanding achievements in the field of negligence law and dispute resolution.” Altior Law partner Ken Neuman introduced Jennifer to the audience by highlighting her dedication to providing her clients with superior representation while balancing that dedication with the extraordinary commitment to leading the State Bar of Michigan as its President.
