Both parties blame one another for interior design work delays
Plaintiffs say although project grew, schedule shouldn’t have changed
In a breach-of-contract lawsuit filed in Oakland County Circuit Court, plaintiffs/counter-defendants Alon and Shari Kaufman sought compensatory damages from defendant/counter-plaintiff Eric Charles Design, Ltd. (ECD) for interior design service delays and alleged unsatisfactory work.
ECD filed a counterclaim for non-payment of services and unjust enrichment.
