Women in the Law: Jennifer M. Grieco
Opportunity doesn’t knock for Jennifer M. Grieco. She seeks it out tenaciously.
She just finished a presidential term for the Oakland County Bar Association — the youngest female attorney in the organization’s history to hold that spot — and was inaugural chair of the OCBA’s New Lawyers Council.
When the Women’s Bar Association for the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan needed someone to lead it, she stepped up.
And she just landed a spot on the State Bar of Michigan Board of Commissioners.
“I don’t know that when I started out that I anticipated taking on all these leadership opportunities,” Grieco said, “but they were there, and I feel like I needed to jump at them. I had the ability to, and I wanted to.”
