On February 28, 2014, Jennifer M. Grieco will assist three classes of third graders from Kurtz Elementary School in performing a mock trial at the 52-1st District Court in Novi.
The presentation is part of the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) Elementary Mock Trial program and students will enact the case of the Big Bad Wolf vs. Curly Pig. A group of students will also serve as the jury and participate in jury deliberations regarding Curly Pig’s liability.
In addition, on February 11, 2014, Jennifer met with the students at Kurtz Elementary School in Milford to discuss their roles in the mock trial and the importance of juries to our system of justice.
