On February 27, 2020, Jennifer Grieco spoke to the attendees at the Mid-Michigan Risk Management Association’s Workshop in Lansing, Michigan. Jennifer’s topic was Civility and she spoke regarding the efforts taken by the State Bar of Michigan to improve civility in the legal profession and how those efforts and lessons could be applied to improve civility in the workplace.
