These days, a significant percentage of complex corporate transactions, construction contracts and consumer transactions contain mandatory arbitration provisions. Our attorneys have had tremendous success litigating in the arbitration forum, including obtaining awards in excess of $11 million on a breach of contract action and nearly $3 million on a commercial fraud case.
