Managing Partner Kenneth Neuman was featured in a People Profile on Neighborhood Seen, a monthly publication with insightful articles to reflect an affluent, socially sensitive and involved Bloomfield/Birmingham lifestyle.
An except from the feature:
Meet Bloomfield Township resident and attorney Kenneth Neuman. A lifelong Detroiter and graduate of Michigan State University (B.A. in accounting) and the Wayne State University School of Law, Neuman is also a registered Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He spent several years practicing with one of the “big eight” accounting firms prior to beginning his legal career.
“I was lucky to work at a law firm early on that allowed me to dabble in commercial litigation,” he says. “This exposure — coupled with my accounting background — enabled me to shift my focus from a corporate tax attorney to a business law trial attorney. I’ve been practicing law for over 28 years now with a focus on litigating corporate, real estate and construction, accounting and forensic issues, and contract disputes.”
Neuman is a founding partner and president of his own law practice, Neuman Anderson P.C. in Birmingham, which he describes as a boutique commercial litigation firm.
“It’s no secret that business litigation can be very expensive,” he says. “A benefit of a firm like ours is the ability to deliver great service at a lower price. That’s our advantage over the larger firms.”
