Jennifer M. Grieco, a partner with Neuman Anderson, P.C., has been elected President of the Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA).
Founded in 1934, the OCBA provides continuing legal education and networking opportunities to its membership base of more than 3,000 attorneys. Ms. Grieco is one of the youngest attorneys to ever be elected president of the OCBA and one of only six women in the association’s 76-year history to lead the organization. She will serve a one-year term, which commenced on July 1, 2010.
Ms. Grieco focuses her practice in complex commercial litigation. Her experience encompasses a broad range of commercial disputes with a particular emphasis on business tort claims including professional malpractice, contract claims, shareholder disputes, insurance coverage and construction litigation.
She is a 1993 graduate of the University of Toledo and a 1997 cum laude and order of the coif graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, where she served as Note and Comment Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.
A frequent speaker and published author, Ms. Grieco currently serves as a Trustee of the Oakland County Bar Foundation and as a member of the State Bar of Michigan Negligence Council, American Bar Association and Michigan Association for Justice.
